Sierra Mountain Independent Study is an independent study program offering a safe, comfortable, and individualized learning environment for students. It is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and offers college preparatory curriculum and UC approved courses. The flexible school day allows for concurrent classes at the comprehensive high schools and/or Sierra College, as well as part-time and full-time employment.
Nevada Union Adult School exists to help adults in the community reach their educational and personal goals. Students are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to be more effective citizens, workers, and parents. Programs are designed to help adult learners achieve a better quality of life and enrich their community.
